I love everything about this dishwasher. We had 12 people for Thanksgiving and it fit all of the fine china, flatware, serving pieces, utencils and glasses. I love the 3rd rack that has a slot for flatware. I ran the dishwasher after dinner and no-one knew it was on. AMAZING! I not only recomend this but I would buy another one if I had a second kithchen.

The dishwasher cleans well and dries so-so (which apparently dishwashers do not dry completely anymore). I absolutely HATE the finish on the outside....it constantly streaks and has finger marks all over. I have to clean it 2-3 times a day with stainless cleaner. Soap and water do not work. Beware.

Love the dishwasher so far. The crystal dry is a game changer for all my tuberware. I used the dishwasher the first time and didn't select that option for cleaning and I was not impressed. However, the next wash I selected crystal dry and used the jet dry and huge difference. I woukd say it is worth thr money and wait to get it!

I've been struggling with kitchen appliances since redoing my kitchen 5 years ago. Samsung, LG, and Kitchen Aid have all failed me. This Bosch cleans everything AND dries so well! The only 2 things I'd do differently is make all the plate racks go the same direction because you can fit more in, and make a longer utensil basket. Otherwise, I'm so far (after 2 months) a big fan.

We bought the 800 series to upgrade a seriously old dishwasher that was original to our home. We had checked out several options from Bosch and other brands, debating whether spending the extra money on the 800 series specifically, and it was worth it. This unit cleans extremely well, it's easy to use, and it's so quiet we had to press our ears to the door to determine whether it was actually running the first time we used it. Overall, a great product we're really happy with. Don't hesitate here.

Don't buy appliances at a Hardware Store

Terrible installation. Took two attempts to center the dishwasher in the cabinet. Installation guidelines on page ten indicate to use a hole saw to create the opening for the service lines. The previous dishwasher service lines hole didn't accommodate the lines for the Bosch, they needed to be farther back in the cabinet wall. See attached photo of the hack job.

I love my dishwasher. It cleans very well. I love the sanatize cycle, md the crystal dry is amazing. The third rack adds so much room to the dishwasher. I will be honest and say the bottom rack can be frustrating in its configuration, and the silver ware holder needs a redo. My husband and I had a Bosch dishwasher that was probably about a 2006 - 2008 model and loved it. That dishwasher was still working when we did a kitchen remodel in 2016 but we upgraded to the 800 series so we gave the older one to friends. They still use it and it works great, Then....this Fall, my husband and I had to move in as caretakers for my Mom and her dishwasher did not clean the dishes as well as the Bosch. Additionally, the Bosch heats the water before it goes into the dishwasher so you can put plastic anywhere, not just the top rack. It only took about a month before my husband purchased me a new Bosch dishwasher even though we are probably going to need to hold off on a kitchen remodel for a year or two. Another bonus is that top/3rd rack. That is where i put the sharper knives and small items to ensure safety if my grandchildren are nearby when unloading the dishwasher. I have recommended this dishwasher to so many friends and family and they all agree. It was a great decision!

This dishwashers cleans exceptionally well. It also holds a lot more dishes than you think. The best part it's extremely quiet another ++. However not sold on the crystal dry function. I have tried all of Bosches suggestions and my plastics are still wet. I still have water on top of my cups. I just bought this in August 22. Unless there is a flaw in the mother board. When I first used it the temp inside of dishwasher got so hot you could feel it on my countertop and front of dishwasher I thought great this is gonna be great. But not doing that anymore. For me what made me buy this in the first place was that crystal dry I thought it would be great not to have to dry stuff before I put it away like my old dishwasher. For what I paid for it that function should be perfectly dry That's why I can't give 5 stars.

This dishwasher is not only beautiful but it's the best dishwasher I've ever had. My dishes come out completely clean, and I never rinse them first, but they're dried completely. Even the plastic comes out clean and dry. My first time using it was a bit of a challenge though, lol, I kept thinking I had done something wrong. I didn't think it was starting. My daughter was telling me it wouldn't start, my husband was saying it won't start. I thought I was going to have to send it back. The only problem was we couldn't hear it! It's so quiet we all thought it wasn't running! I love this dishwasher! I will never own other brand of dishwasher after having this one. I'm completely spoiled and I haven't even said anything about the convenient way the racks are set up so you can get more dishes in! It's wonderful!!

The dishwasher cleans very well. Lots of space for all our dishes. I only have run a load every other day. With our old dishwasher I ran to run a load every day. This saves me money on dishwasher pods. My only complaint is that I have select the sanitize option if I want my dishes to be dry. This adds an extra 30 minutes to the total time and I'm sure used more energy.

Great dishwasher! Very silent, for first couple of days we all were listening for any noise to judge it's running or not! It does a great job of cleaning! Loading is still little challenging

Amazing quiet clean!

I've wanted a Bosch DW for years, so when my old trusty GE died, I treated myself to the Bosch 500 series. It holds A LOT of dishes and the third rack is an absolute MUST. Never knew how much I needed a third rack. Dishes come out sparking clean and DRY - love love love the Crystal Dry feature. It is so quiet that I can't tell if it's on or not. It is AMAZING!

Broken Machine

After waiting almost a year we received a broken machine. Waited two more months for a repair appointment. They replaced the computer. It now runs but leaves a TERRIBLE plastic smell when heated. I do not recommend this machine or brand!
