Busted drum and no help

bought this dryer in nov 2019. after having it just a year and a half and barely out of warranty the drum cracked and now has a gaping hole . after looking it up found several that had the same issue. tried contacting samsung about fixing it since it is a known issue and their only solution was for them to send out a repairman and me pay for it. definitely do not recommend

Terminal block fails and no repairs in my area

mine failed just out of warranty and no response when i called for authorized service in my area a no show so i have electronics and electrical experience and training so i discovered terminal block burned up that i think is systemic design flaw of the terminal block or install technician over tightened due to lack of mechanical experience. i repaired via bypass of terminal block using normal procedures of wire nut and reported to lowes store manager and no response from either lowes or samsung. i see online reports that very poor out of warranty support from samsung on their entire product lines. made to sell.

Does not completely dry everything

whenever i dry a heavier load of items, the dryer completes the cycle before all the items are dry, so when i go to empty the load i have to put the items back in the dryer to dry longer. i have to use the timed setting as the sensor setting stops within in a few minutes on the second go around. i even set the more dry option. this is especially true for towels (i do not have the heavy luxury towels.) a disappointment as i've never had this issue with other brands.

Dryer just died

brand new samsung dryer m# dve45r6100c just stopped working while we are using it. i checked the circuit breaker and it's working fine. i checked the power line which give me 220v. i unplug and plug it back but did not work also. no light indicator outside and inside seen. i register online and got and appointment day but there was a pop up on the screen telling me, "an error has occurred". so i called the 800 number and will wait for a tech to call me to make an appointment. for the meantime the wet clothes on the dryer has to be air dry. the dryer was bought last october1, 2020 and it just died in 4 months. i was thinking there might be a defect on said product. the item was bought from lowe's.

The dryer is good but the door keeps cracking

i purchased my dryer in april 2020. since this purchase the plexiglass on my dryer door has cracked three times and been replaced twice. the first time it was fixed under warranty no questions asked the second time i was told that someone who sits behind a desk made the determination that it was physical damage due to my neglance.....this is not the case the damage to my door is plain and simple a manufactures defect... samsung has not acknowledged this and i have sent them several emails. my door is now cracked again and i will now be going to the better business bureau, the attorney general in my state and my local news station. i will never now or in the future purchase another samsung appliance again!!!

within warranty and had to call samsung care tech come out to fix clicking noise & when he disassembled the product he found that the interior frame was slightly crooked (he said this happens all the time and its probably from delivery handling). case mgmt said theyre not responsible for the damage done during delivery and that i should of called within days of it being delivered to address damage concerns. the damage was not known to me because i would of had to disassemle the entire unit to see it. unrelated issue to the clicking noise that just started. samsung care team also reassembled my unit wrong and now i cannot use the dryer at all and they wont help me now either
