occasionally early in the morning i find the range fan to be on even so the unit was not used. two times (after the repair) when i was baking the unit locked the door, displaying "too hot" and does not let me open the range door. i had to kill the circuit breaker to get to my cooked food. when i open the door to bast the turkey and close the door the range still reads the set temperature. but it is not correct and the oven does not increase the heat. i don't like the stove top shows too much smear . it really takes lot of cleaning not to show grease smears.

This range worked well for almost a year, Then I noticed the fan was constantly blowing-even though nothing was on.
After that, the lower right element was always at its maximum settting regardless of how I set it. As it was slightly over the warranty period, Samsung offered to pay for the parts alone, it was a nice gesture but their sole support representative wanted to charge $99 for an estimate alone. The estimate fee was to go to the repairs but I still thought that was unfair. I reached out to Samsung but they could not offer any repair service outside of their sole representative. I went and got it on my own to replace a switch and everything is working now. It is a nice range again.

this product is a disaster. from day 1, the glass/ceramic top had a distinct odor. the best way to describe the smell is to think of a wet dog that hasn't been washed.

This is a Great Range! We cook a lot and our Very Happy with this purchase. Flexible cooktop with control over burner sizes and a warming station make complicated meals easy. Dual convection oven is our favorite feature and self/steam cleaning works perfectly. Plus it looks as good as it works!

I really appreciate the safety features designed on this appliance, like the control buttons on the front avoiding to extend the arms over the hot surface or cookware, as well as the hot surface indicators for each cooking spot.

Oven can be turn on with a simple spray of water on control panel. No table of contents or index in manual. The troubleshooting problems are alphabetical but most start with the words "The oven". 0f corse the issue is about the oven. You bought the oven. No mention of how to unlock the oven. The price of oven continues to drop so I no longer think it was a good deal.

This range has a major problem whereby a perfectly normal working range will be completely made useless whereby using the self clean will fry the touch panel. IT IS A KNOWN ISSUE THAT SAMSUNG REFUSES TO FIX!!! Buyer beware!!!!

I bought this range about 6 weeks ago and while it is a nice stove, it is dangerous! All you have to do is bump the front and the burners or oven will come on and you don't even know it. The glass top is hard to clean and scratches with the slightest movement of a pan. The lights are a BRIGHT blue and cannot be dimmed.
Definitely not worth the money.

I have had the stove 24 hours so don't have much to review yet but I love it's look and features. My only complaint so far is the Timer Beep. It needs a volume control. I have to be right next to the stove almost to be able to hear it. Not going to help me when I am sitting in the next room waiting for it to go off.

My review of this product is after only approximately 2 weeks of use. My only concern at this point is that the touch screen panel on the front is very easy to accidentally activate the settings when cleaning the panel or leaning up against it. Even though I don't have children in the home, this is a concern for me as an adult.

I bought this range a couple of months ago, and I am in love with it. The oven cooks evenly, and you can use it for different types of dishes at the same time. I like the option of different burners diameters depending on the size of the pan.
The only cons is that the digital panel is very sensitive to the touch.

Appearance is the reason I decided on this range. I'm not a major cook or baker, but I appreciate the convection oven, which does a great job with frozen pizzas!
The burner controls could be more readable, but I like the machined steel look. I've had it over a year, and love it.

There are many features about this slide-in range that are great. The reason I selected this model is because I wanted a double oven. I liked this model's configuration because the lower oven was not so low that you felt as though you would be lifting a heavy roasting pan or pot from the floor. The burners as well as the convection cooking option cook much hotter than my previous electric range. But that is something you can adjust to. I love the warming tray and the "warming center" burner options. You can use the warming tray to store the oven divider when not using. Although I think I would have preferred the cooktop burner knobs to be touch pads rather than knobs, I am happy with how the burner knobs look and they have been easy to wipe clean. The range looks beautiful in our newly updated kitchen. The one caveat is the glass cooktop. This has been a huge disappointment and concern to me. I have strictly followed Samsung's recommendations of using the Cerama Bryte Cooktop cleaner and have used nothing other than that except water to clean the cooktop. We have only had this range for a little under two months and already the gray circles that outline each burner are starting to flake away in some areas. You must clean the cooktop very well after every use because if you allow any grease from sautéing or spills from splattering food to remain on the cooktop as you cook again, it is extremely difficult to remove. And you must use the Cerama Bryte to thoroughly clean - water to use as a quick clean up does not perform very well. I have found that it just smears the cooktop and leaves it streaky. Overall, I would buy this range again at this point because there is nothing else out there in the market that meets my demands. But it is not a perfect product.

This glasstop doesn't clean well unless you use the cooktop cleaner. Scratches very easily and the timer is so quiet that if there's a conversation going on in the kitchen you can't hear it. I have 100 percent buyers remorse. It works fine it's just a pain.

This was a replacement of a free standing range of a different brand. Without changing anything else, replacing the old range with this slide-in greatly enhanced the appearance of my kitchen....In addition this range also works a lot better than the old one. The cooktop burners heat hotter and faster, the surface cleans up easier (and also looks amazing), and the varied sized burners enable me to use a grill on the largest which is 12 inches....very nice option to have. The oven has more and better features. I have not yet tried the bread proofing or the broiler. Nor have I used the self clean for the oven. What I have used apart from the cooktop are the convection bake and roast and the regular bake. All three produced excellent results. I think that the old range did not have an accurate oven temp control, but this one does....what a nice improvement for me.
There is one ongoing issue though. This has happened twice, once with regular bake and then with convection bake....I first used regular bake without cooking anything. The instruction manual recommends "baking" for an hour before using the oven to cook anything. So I did this. At the end on the hour instead of chiming end, the timer reset itself to 59 hours 59 minutes and began to count down with the oven still on! I immediately hit the end button of course to stop this. Last week I put a cake in to convection bake for an hour and the same thing happened. these are the only times that I have set the oven for an hour -- usually my baking needs are 30 to 55 minutes. Thus It has been accurate for everything else that I have baked, and I use the oven at least twice a week...So I give this range a 5 star review in spite of this.

Love my new range! All burners work equally well and heat up quickly. I can set a pan of leftovers on the warming station and it will be ready for dinner. There is also a nice variety of burner diameters to fit various pans.
The oven is huge! I can use a 24" cookie sheet. For Thanksgiving, I cooked a turkey and 2 casseroles at the same time. I love the pan in the bottom - I can add water to put a nice glaze on breads.
The oven racks are heavy gauge so there's no sagging in the wider oven.
My only complaint is that, if I lean into the control panel - which happens when I reach up to the spice rack - it turns the knobs. I've caught the stovetop heating up several times. They really need to fix that.

I love this range . It has regular bake and roast and can also be convection bake and roast. With dehydrate, bread proof, steam or regular cleaning options. Even a warming center on the cooktop.

Beautiful range at a great price. I have only used is 3 times, but the performance seems pretty good. The oven takes a bit to get used to if you have never used convection. I have to do a little more research on that. I will have to admit at the surface makes me a bit crazy to keep clean because I always see the streak!!! But if I keep the hood light off, you can't notice. I'm a bit obsessed with keeping things clean. I look forward to many years with this range. I am also super happy with the French Door refrigerator and the microwave I purchased 4 years ago. Just have to get the dishwasher and I'm all done.
