Great design, but clunky interface

i love the look of this tv, and the fact that it has a minimalist stand although i wish that the stand was a bit taller. the picture quality is nice too. but i am disappointed in the interface. lots of bloatware and apps that can't be uninstalled. adds that cannot be opted out of. additionally, i could not find a way to make my most frequently used apps to show up first in the app row. the voice assistant does not have a voice wake feature (this was not made clear in the product description). so every time i want to use the voice assistant, i have to have the remote in my hand and press the microphone button. talk about useless... in that regard, my old non-smart tv with amazon's fire cube connected to it provided a better experience...

Worst electronics purchase of my life

this is the glitchiest tv i've ever used, hands down. apps just randomly close in the middle of streaming - every. single. app. so it's very apparent that it's the tv. in the middle of a movie on hbo max? suddenly you're back on the home screen with the live samsung channel. trying to select an app to even just begin streaming something? might as well cook a meal between remote control clicks. even now, my tv won't turn on unless i power cycle by unplugging and plugging it back in. and the other day, i turned it on and i had to set it up from scratch because it just randomly reset back to factory settings. i wish i could go back in time and stop myself from making this purchase. i'd be better off with a tcl from walmart.

My favorite feature of all is the input features in the back of the screen. We often use this as a phone charger as well. The frame enhances the decor of my living room. My favorite part about my Samsung smart TV is being able to simultaneously play my music video games / movie or browse the internet with effortless compatibility, the picture quality is top notch and I've never owned a better TV in my life and will being sticking with these products as long as they are available. It beats Wal mart by a long shot and best buy might sell them but they don't provide the same quality customer service the direct manufacturer brings to the table. Awesome job.

This product has many great feature mainly the ultra high definition is what I am so thrilled to see. I enjoy streaming all day it's amazing there isn't any distortion on any of the pictures. The quality of the screen is in full detail right down to the finest hairs on a bugs leg. My kids game all day If i allow them. Allows me time to get caught up on my dad time alone. Best Tv Qled 4k in this size

I did some online research and settled on a 55" Q60 TV to replace a 15-year-old 42" Panasonic plasma TV that got fried during a recent lightning storm. When I came into the BestBuy store to look it over, I decided instead to move up to the Q70 TVand it seems to be a fantastic upgrade. The picture is amazing when streaming 4K and still excellent with the HD satellite feed. Acoustics are much better (easier to hear) than our old TV and install was easy since I removed the brackets from my old TV and bolted them onto the new one. One issue: the guide says to use 39-41mm M8 bolts, but that length engages MAYBE 1-2 threads. I rolled over to Home Depot and bought M8x1.25 x 45mm socket head cap screws (no Philips available in that size/length) and with a lock washer, they engage fully and secure the TV to the mounts. Samsung should reevaluate their literature for this.

Love everything about this TV! Love watching movies, listing to music. I love to cast my laptop to it as well when I'm doing my class work or attending my live lecture classes! It looks super clean its like I'm right there right in thr mix! Would recommend it to anyone who is a samsung lover!

The design is great

The only reason I purchased this TV is because of the design. I didn't want a regular looking TV placed on a TV console or on the wall. It turns out this is the only TV that fits the description. Sure, I could've went with a rollable TV from the competitor but my last TV from that brand had OLED burn issues, so can't make the same mistake twice. The Serif has a great design. That's it. The picture quality is nothing different than any other similar TV from the competitor. Is still bloated with Samsun apps which I don't care to use. 5 months after the purchase I am still waiting for the firmware update to bring Google Assistant to the TV. Why? Again, I don't care to use Samsung apps which are duplicates of similar apps from Google. Why is it that this TV doesn't support One Connect Box/cable just like the Frame? It has the same artistic design and being able to use only one cable from the TV to the box makes a lot of sense. In your marketing pictures there's only one cable coming out of the TV. The reality is different. And yes, I am aware of the cable-hiding suggestion along one of the legs from the stand. It's just not the same. The frame and the stand feel and look cheap. After all, they're just plastic. Maybe put some thought in the materials used. Overall, a good TV with a design that will make some customers happy.
