trying to use native tv apps like youtube tv but audio doesn't pass through through onkyo home theater receiver using hdmi/arc, have to use separate roku device. have tried optical output and that doesn't work either. according to onkyo tech support, they have seen this issue before with samsung tvs. this is a such a simple feature and it's so disappointing that a company like samsung cannot provide it.

i previously owned a samsung un f8000 75" and it was, hands down, the best picture i've ever seen - better than any theater, including 3d and imax. when people walked into my house, their reaction was "wow! that tv picture's amazing!" the main technological difference between that model and current models is the motion rate (mr). the un series had a mr of 1200. the highest mr in current models is 240. when my un model died, i was heartbroken. after months of research, i purchased the qled 80 series. what a let down!! it's like going back to the old console tvs my parents had. this picture, despite the "updated" technology, doesn't even begin to compare to the previous model. my advice to samsung: concentrate your r&d efforts back on the mr and all other things will fall into place.

I've had nothing but problems with this TV. Problems ranging from TV not turning on to loses wifi connectivity to ribbon not showing up. I've had several tech come take it apart, new motherboard, software updates. Every tech blames the previous tech. Remote stopped working shortly after purchase and they wanted to charge me $60 for a new one. It's a shame that I spent so much money on this thing and have had so many problems with it.

Great picture, but poor panning.

Picture is sharp and bright, but when the content is a slow panning panorama the picture becomes jerky and updates in hesitant jumps instead of smoothly panning. This is a problem with the tv's internal video processing. If you watch a lot of travelogues or nature films, this is not the tv for you.

Lack of brightness is a real problem.

This TV is unusable for certain conditions. Unfortunately, there is not enough brightness to make the set useful for watching TV or playing dark video games. I believe Samsung knows this is an issue because the unit came with the Brightness level maxed out as a default. I'm exploring returning this unit because of this issue.

This TV is absolutely remarkable!!!!

I put the 75" in my game room to enjoy my sports as well as movie night with the family. Its remarkable and we absolutely love it. Its as vivid as it can get and so sharp and clear its like your in the game or movie. It has great sound that comes stock with it, but when I hooked up sound bar and surround sound you definitely feel like you are in the movie running from dinosaurs. I love that it is light weight and was easy to mount on the wall and no worries of the kids running around and it coming down. We hung black out curtains in the game room and the color is so great even when the lighting in the movie gets dim we can still see perfect as to what is going on. I love the sleek design of it and it definitely screams i belong in the man cave, even though I call mine "game room" so my wife feel left out. Now when it comes to playing video games on it, well once again absolutely remarkable. No delays in the movement on the screen and I love racing with the steering wheel sitting right in the middle of the I feel like in the car. All around great product and definitely Recommend it.

Bought this TV for my living room and was concerned about the size. Had a 50" and decided to go bigger. Best decision! It's a thin TV so perfect for wall mounting. The included TV stand is small enough so you won't need a large piece of furniture to place it on. The back of the stand is hollow so you can pass the cables through it for a clean look. The quality of the picture is bright and vibrant. I added a Samsung sound bar which adds an element of cinematic features to your viewing pleasure. Lots of features like multi view, ambient view the ability to display various images on the TV when not in use and Samsung Plus TV which has lots of subscription free channels to choose from. Voice controlled remote is thin and doesn't use disposable batteries. It has a solar panel on the back for charging or by using the included USB cable. If you're looking for a quality TV you can't go wrong with this TV!

I use this TV for TV only, I am very happy with the picture which is the reason I purchased this particular model. I was amazed at the thinness of the set. The only thing I have a slight problem with is that it goes on and off a few times when you start watching it. Once you are passed that there aren't any problems. I would have liked to have given it 4 - 1/2 stars but did not see a way to do that. I am sure I will like the TV more when I learn to use the Netflix and HBO features. I would recommend this TV to anyone, and Wow what a difference from the TV's when I was a child.

Picture is clear, sharp. Colors Vibrant. 75 inch is liking being in a Movie Theater without all the noise of others, cellphones, etc. The sound is very, clear. Love this T. Then decided to get the sound bar to go with it. WOW totally like being in a THEATER!!!!! Best TV and Sound bar ever. Very happy with my purchases and will never buy another Brand. Samsung is superior to all the SONY'S I have owned on every level. All that have seen, watched it are making Samsung their next tv and sound bar. A couple bought Samsung sound bars for their Sony's. Why??????? Samsung's are better. So far 1 has purchased this exact TV. Very very happy Consumer with Samsung.

GREAT TV

This system has a great picture, great sound just from the built-in speakers, great features and was very simple to set-up. I used to repair TV's as well as sell them and I am very picky about design, features & functionality and mostly picture ! Even though I have been a big fan of Samsung TV's for the last 10 years or so, this model has exceeded all of my expectations so far!

Amazing picture. Great features, intuitive ua, easy to use. Connection, controls simple to use. Easy to hook up to external speakers. I reccomend it to all people, i have always been a samsung tv guy... i did try a sony... but i has to return it for a samsung, will never buy anything but samsung again

This product has more features than I expected to.

I use this TV for steaming, gaming, watching movies. The best feature that I like is how you can talk to it and it does what you say and the controller is solar powered that has a USB- C port to charge as well. Overall a great buy. Would recommend to everyone.

I have had this tv for 2 months and I can't stop turning this tv on every single day. I watch tv shows, movies and play a ton of video games. The sharpness and bright colors pop when watching in the middle of the day and is even better at night. Video games run super smooth and crisp like the newest smartphones. I would highly recommend this tv to everybody looking for the newest and best tech in an affordable priced tv.

We purchased this TV for our meeting room in the library to allow us to provide programming, conduct Zoom meetings, and project our community meetings. It is an enormous asset to our meeting room capabilities allowing us to expand our communications to our entire service area and beyond. This TV has brought our meeting room to a new level of technological capability. It has a clear picture which is easily visible for everyone in the room to see and is easily operated by those conducting meetings. We are looking forward to the first large use this week.
