We got this because our old one was going out. Got it at a great discounted price and its like Christmas! I LOVE it! Its huge and love being able to make it one full load instead of doing 2-3 loads. There are so many unique setting and pretty sue I haven't figured them all out just yet but I will. I like how it can do a fast load in 28mins. Its amazing! It's funny because after using it for first few days after about the 4th wash it started playing a song at the end of the wash cycle letting you know your load is done, lol! I haven't figured out how to turn that off but its really cool!! Thanks again Samsung and Insiders!!

So Quiet and easy to use!!

we replaced our front loading washer with this model after it needed repairs and was very loud. the front loader also gathered mildew along the seal causing odor. we love the larger capacity and all the different settings. we prefer unloading on this washer because we dont have to bend or kneel. the active waterjet function is nice for rinsing spots on clothing before putting them in. we definitly like the flexibility of the temp, rinse, spin, and soil settings. our teenagers load the machine to the max and it has handled the load with no problems. we are excited to try the 28 min. super speed wash cycle. the wifi connectivity is awesome and allows you to start a load from anywhere or be notified when the load is done. i would definitely recommend this washer!

I bought this around fall break and I'm so glad! The large tub has cut down on my laundry time immensely. I have 5 kids so it piles up quickly. I wanted an agitator and this one fit the bill perfect. I love the ability to shoot water onto clothes to clean stains. I am also learning how to control the cycles from my phone. It is a big help to know when a cycle is done so it doesn't sit in the wash to long, esp when I am away and need the kids to transfer to the dryer. I would definitely buy this washer again.

I am so ecstatic about the Samsung Smart Top Load Washer! We needed a more quiet washer that would get the job done efficiently and quickly. We have found a keeper! The washer can handle a big load and wash it in 30 minutes or so. I can barely hear the washer because it is so quiet. This makes doing laundry more convenient for our family. The kids can sleep without being disturbed by me running the washer. The clothing comes out clean and does not get tangled in the agitator at all.

I was afraid this Samsung model might not be as nice as my current high end washer, but it does not disappoint at all! From the moment plugging it in and hearing it chime I realized this thing is packed with technology. The smart home integration is great too, as I work from home I can get a pop up notification that my laundry is ready for the next step. It makes it much harder to fall behind on laundry duties. As I'm writing this review I can hear the machine in the laundry room, it's playing a cheery little song to tell me my wash is complete. I'm actually excited to go through the user manual to find out how to use all the new features.

l recently received my 5.1 smart top load washer with activewave agitator and super speed wash,l was so excited to try this out ,and when l did l was not disappointed. the washer is very well made,has many great features. and was so easy to use! the quitness of the machine is wonderful, the end product of the wash cycle is wonderful the clothes are clean without any wetness noted .l can wash a full load of laundry without any problems and they always come out cleaner than they have in ages.l would defently recommend this samsung washer to everyone

Wonderful Product Perfect for My Home

I am really enjoying this new washer. I recently bought a house and wanted to get new appliances to make it feel more like mine. This washer was right on time. I love the diversity of the cycle options. My reason for not giving it a 5 is because it's quite noisy and I was hoping for something quieter; it limits my ability to do laundry at night because my laundry room is so close to my bedrooms. I have not yet tried the self-clean option and I plan to look into ways to reduce the noise. It could be because I wash large loads of clothing (which is one of the reasons I love the washer--the huge capacity). Other than that, I love the functionality.

This is the best washing machine I have ever owned. I like the style and the digital features. I have noticed that my clothes are cleaner. This machine holds a lot more than my other machine. It is so easy to use and the features are great. I have used a few of the features such as heavy load and the quick and normal wash. I washed my yellow king size comforter and it wasn't too heavy and it came out so bright and fluffy. I would recommend this machine to anyone looking to purchase a washer.
