We make delivery seamless…from our door to yours! You'll find our delivery teams professional, prompt and courteous, and they take the packing materials with them! Eliminate truck rentals, back strain and the mess. Let us do the heavy lifting, hauling and cleanup for you!
Many of today's home designs aren't standard – they're unique, creative and one-of-a-kind. Unlike nearly every competitor, at Builders Source Appliance Gallery we don't outsource critical installation services to anonymous sub-contractors. Our factory-certified technicians are trained to do the job right, no matter how long it takes. We take pride in the details. We are proud to offer a wide array of delivery and installation services. Our goal is to provide you with the finest delivery and installation service possible. Our installation professionals will have the proper tools and equipment on their truck to complete most installations. We are confident that with our help, you can get the job done right.
YOUR STANDARD APPLIANCE DELIVERY INCLUDES:
All appliances will be uncrated, set in place, leveled, and connected to an existing proper electrical, gas or water source. We will remove all packing and tape from the product and make it "ready to use" before we leave.
- If proper electrical outlets, gas shut off valves, water supply and shut off valves, or venting sources are not available at the time of delivery, a complete installation will not be possible.
- We will test each appliance to ensure proper operation and provide you with a brief overview of operation before leaving.
- We will remove and haul away any packing from the product such as cardboard, Styrofoam and plastic wrapping.
Please be sure to review your products specifications prior to your scheduled delivery/installation date to ensure proper cabinet openings as well as power requirements.
We're sorry, but we do not move appliances from one house to another.
Protect Your Flooring from Damage
We recommend heavy cardboard at a minimum. For softer flooring (bamboo, pine, etc.) use something stronger such as plywood.
Our delivery teams will be very careful during the installation process however, they will not have these items on the truck. Unprotected flooring damaged during delivery will not be considered for reimbursement.
Check Your Connections
We will not connect to plastic pipes, or be responsible for corroded pipes of any material. Our installers will not make connections to any gas service that does not have a proper shutoff valve already in place, nor will we connect any gas appliance using copper pipe as the connector.
Confine All House Pets
To put your pets at ease, as well as our delivery team we ask that you confine all house pets to a separate area from the delivery path.
Clear Pathways Please
ensure a clear path from the driveway to where your appliance will go inside your home. In your home, move furniture, throw rugs and any other valuable items that may impede delivery.
For safety reasons, our delivery team cannot:
Remove their shoes, Care & caution will be exercised to protect your home and merchandise. Lift/Hoist merchandise over banisters, other obstructions, or through windows. Use customer-supplied or used connectors. Reconnect relocated appliances to home utilities. Connect to, or be responsible for, corroded or plastic pipes. Relocate used appliances to a different address. Perform carpentry, electrical, or plumbing work.
Extended Warranties
We are an authorized dealer for every product we sell, which means anything you purchase comes with the full manufacturer's warranty. Most manufacturers only cover their products for one year or less. The expected life span for most of our products is substantially longer and repairing your product after the manufacturer's coverage ends can be very expensive. Did you know most or our Extended Protection Plans cost less than the cost of one out-of-warranty service call. We are excited to offer Extended Protection Plans to accommodate both your needs and budget and offer a choice of 2, 3 or 5 year Extended Protection Plans for both appliances as well as electronics.
Comprehensive Coverage:
Our Extended Protection Plans cover things the manufacturer's warranty does not. For example, our Extended Protection Plan protects your purchase from electric power surge failure. In addition, our Extended Protection Plan covers up to $250 in food loss due to refrigerator failure, even if the failure was during the first-year manufacturer's warranty! If you’re unable to do laundry, our Extended Protection Plan will cover up to $25 for laundry services.
Protection If You Move:
Moving? No problem! Our Extended Protection Plans are portable and can move with you. Our Extended Protection Plan is backed by a nationwide network of factory-authorized service technicians.
No Deductible:
There are no up-front or back-end repair costs. You pay nothing for covered repairs.
Protection If You Sell:
Selling your home? Again, no problem! Your Extended Protection Plan can be transferred to the new owner for the remainder of the contract.
No Lemon Policy:
Your product will be replaced if it requires more than three out of warranty service calls within the contract period for the same failure.
Fully Backed and Guaranteed:
Our Extended Protection Plans are provided by Centricity, along with their nation-wide service network.
Covers Parts & Labor:
If you experience electrical or mechanical failure due to normal wear and tear or defects in workmanship or materials, our extended warranty plans cover all parts and labor needed to return your product to factory specifications. Sorry, cosmetic items such as knobs and handles are excluded.
File a claim:
It’s easy, there are several options available for you to file a claim. You can call our Service Department directly to schedule a repair, go on-line to file a claim and schedule service or call Centricity directly to schedule repair. No matter which option you choose you’ll be back to normal as quickly as possible.
